Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.

After notifying us, you then have another 14 days to return the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

PERSONALISED PRINTS

Refunds or Exchanges are not accepted for Personalised Prints.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at hello@bobandolive.co.uk to arrange this. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
